The Tale of the Prince and the Swallow
Once upon a time there lived a prince called the "Happy Prince," who lived happily every day in a palace called "Paradise," and then died happily. The prince, who was loved by many people was made into a statue that watched over the city. But unlike the palace where the prince had lived, the city was full of people who lived in poverty. What did the prince feel, distressed by this sadness? And what was the true beauty that the prince and the swallow found? Oscar Wilde's timeless classic is now a musical picture book. 145 pages in all. 11 heartfelt songs by ZABADAK and 30 beautiful, nostalgic illustrations by Ms. Tanimura Yuu bring the world of the Happy Prince to life.
